Our charming house, which underwent a complete renovation in 2026, is situated on a slight hill in the center of the mountaineering village and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land. Our apartment is so centrally located that you can easily reach everything you need on foot: ​Dining & Services: The local bakery for your morning rolls and the tourist information office are right nearby. ​Transportation: The bus stop is just a few steps away—perfect for stress-free trips to Königssee or Berchtesgaden. ​The highlight: You’ll almost always have a view of the world-famous St. Sebastian Parish Church. You can reach this landmark in just a few minutes on foot and see it directly from your accommodation.

The integrated kitchen blends perfectly into the overall design and is fully equipped—ideal for cooking to your heart’s content. Right next to it, the small dining area invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a cozy evening. The modern bathroom rounds out the package and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
