“Room was very clean. Staff were helpful and polite.
Breakfast was a continental.
The beach view was really nice.
The rooms are serviced every other day so ensure you take shower gel with you as the bottle provided is enough for 1 wash only.
I would stay here again. Thanks.”

“I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.”

“No iron in our room inconvenient- pillows are thin and to get extra you have to ask at reception. Phone in room didn't work which was also an inconvenience. Staff around very pleasant and helpful. Clean and maintained but not 4 star level.. maybe 3”

“This place is hidden gem.
Loved it so much we stayed another night.
Close enough to the electric railway to give you easy access to the island..
There is NOT a lot going on in Laxey, but that exactly what we were looking for.
if you just want to relax and get away. The shore hotel is a great spot”

“Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”

“Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was odd to get to going up the stairs then down the stairs. No A/C so windows open… except open to a bar right outside which was loud until 3am. Yikes. Wonderful location next to the promenade and shops. Good food options around too. TV was small. Bar area had broken drafts for the beer. Breakfast was so/so but they would make you eggs however you’d like fresh, so that was nice.”
