Welcome to our elegant Georgian townhouse located in the charming coastal town of Ramsgate. It boasts uninterrupted sea views from the spacious canopied balcony and is only a few minutes walk to the Royal Marina and main sands. This beautifully appointed home, with its modern twist on historic architecture, is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a seaside retreat.

Nestled on the captivating shores of Kent, Ramsgate is a coastal gem that seamlessly blends maritime charm with historic allure. Known for its award-winning golden sands, the Royal Marina's bustling vibrancy, and the picturesque Royal Esplanade, Ramsgate is a seaside haven that invites you to explore its maritime heritage, vibrant streets, and scenic coastal walks. The lower basement level is the heart of the home. Here, you'll discover a large, fully-equipped kitchen and ample counter space. This level also features a spacious dining table comfortably seating 6-8, ideal for entertaining guests and hosting memorable dinners. Additionally, there is a toilet for your convenience and a secondary living area with a comfortable sofa and a small TV, record player and board games, creating a perfect space for relaxation and casual gatherings.

First Floor:
Ascending to the first floor, you'll find the bright and spacious main living room, which boasts a Chinese Pagoda-style canopied balcony with breath-taking views of the sea and Ramsgate harbour. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery and sea breeze. Also on this floor is the first bedroom with two single beds, offering a serene and comfortable retreat.

Second Floor:
The second floor features a large, luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and an indulgently large bathtub. Additionally, there is a second spacious bedroom on this floor with a double bed, beautifully appointed for a restful night's sleep and offers views of the coastline.

Top Floor:
On the top floor, you'll find a large landing area with seating, perfect for reading a book while looking out to sea. This floor also includes the final bedroom, furnished with a double. Also on this level is a shower room with toilet and basin.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Ramsgate train station is approx 25 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Ramsgate.

Beautiful property in an excellent location with lovely seaside views. House is very grand and tastefully decorated with nice attention to detail with local history books etc. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very serviceable, although would be handy to have a few more essentials provided i.e. cooking oil, but supermarkets are not far away.
