Thank you for your review. Im sorry you didnt have an enjoyable stay. Our music in the function room went off at 23.50 as per our license. The parking outside the property is normal street parking and out of our control, when you went to reception if it is unattended there is a sign with a number to call and the staff will come down, they were either in the bar serving or dealing with other guests. The fire alarm went off because a guest flooded the bathroom and the water seeped into the floor and into a fire alarm detector on the floor below and all radiators have thermostats so guests can control the temperature of their rooms. We have checked the windows and they are grade 2 listed sash windows and probably swelled a bit because of the rain but they do open.we would like you to return and see these are not every day problems, thank you
