“We stayed 3 days, we enjoyed the pool the only complaint was not enough umbrellas for the number of lounge chairs. Too many chairs with no umbrellas. Customer Service in the pool area was great! The pool workers were excellent at their job. The restaurant has always been a perfect touch with excellent service and food. “They need to remove Westin from their name... this is not a real Westin property. I would compare this hotel to an Embassy Suites or any other budget hotel. Was very unhappy with the property, the amount of pool chairs, and the food was mediocre at best. For the amount of money spent, we didnt get half of what we paid for. “Couldn’t sleep with the people banging the floor above us all day and night. The water on the shower would leak through and cause a large area of the restroom to get wet. Had to use our towels to clean the water spill. The pool area was dirty, would not travel here again”
