The desert sun dips behind the mountains as your group gathers around the fire pit, the glow of the heated pool shimmering nearby and the cool evening air carrying the quiet of Rancho Mirage. This four-bedroom home is built for groups that want space to spread out, amenities to fill every hour, and a backyard that earns its keep from morning to midnight.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, each offering privacy and its own TV. The primary suite is anchored by a Cal King bed, a 75` TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. The three remaining bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and a 42` TV - comfortable, restful spaces for every member of your group.


Living spaces
The great room sets a generous tone with high ceilings, an indoor fireplace (electric), and a 75` TV - a natural gathering point for the whole group. When the competitive spirit kicks in, the second living area doubles as a game room stocked with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and another 75` TV. A dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door keeps things practical for anyone who needs to stay on top of work during their stay.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook for a crowd, with ample counter space, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics. Wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet round out the setup. Pull up to the dining table inside, or take things outside - the gas BBQ grill and barbecue utensils make outdoor cooking an easy option.


Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is where this home truly delivers. The private outdoor pool - heated, open 24 hours, available year-round - runs alongside a private hot tub with the same round-the-clock access. On cooler desert evenings, the fire pit provides a natural gathering spot, while the outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture give the group plenty of room to settle in. The private patio or balcony adds another layer of outdoor space to enjoy.


Bathrooms
Four and a half bathrooms serve the home comfortably, with the primary en-suite leading the way. Guests will find shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer provided throughout, along with hot water and cleaning products.


Amenities & essentials
Wifi, Ethernet connection, and central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable year-round. The in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage (walk-in closet, closet, and dresser) make longer stays easy. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, hangers, and essentials are all included. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available upon request for those travelling with little ones. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit, along with exterior security cameras at the front door and above the garage.


Location
Set in Rancho Mirage in the heart of the Coachella Valley, the home puts you within easy reach of golf courses, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Fields, as well as a wide range of dining, shopping, and highway access to Palm Springs and the surrounding desert destinations.


Good to know
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge - just ask and the team will do their best to accommodate. The home uses keyless entry with a unique door code issued before arrival, making check-in straightforward. Cleaning is included at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. Hot tub heating is complimentary. Pool heating is available for $50 per day to reach 88°F - typically needed October through May. During summer months, the pool temperature naturally sits between 85-95°F. The property operates under HOA noise guidelines; guests are welcome to bring their own Bluetooth speaker. Packages cannot be received at the property. Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee - no cats.
Please carefully review all Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket)

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
