Situata nella 5a buca del Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, questa struttura recentemente ristrutturata offre viste favolose, accesso alla nostra community di tennis (votata tra le migliori 50 del paese!), servizi benessere presso l'Omni Resort, e la vicinanza a ristoranti e negozi. Ci sono 26 piscine sulla proprietà, (una proprio dietro l'angolo dal nostro patio), e uno dei migliori campi da golf della zona. Questa è un'unità terminale con molta privacy e l'unità più grande nello sviluppo a 1950 piedi quadrati. Ci sono 4 televisori, uno nel soggiorno e uno in ogni camera da letto, tutti con il pacchetto del cavo d'oro (pacchetto sportivo NFL, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax e molto altro) C'è un camino a gas nel soggiorno e l'ingresso si apre fino a un atrio splendidamente ristrutturato, perfetto per cene private. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size in California e un bagno privato, la prima camera ha un letto king size e un bagno privato, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una grande unità integrata (perfetta per l'uso in ufficio a casa ). Si prega di notare che la seconda camera per gli ospiti ha un sacco di spazio comò, ma non ha un armadio per appendere gli oggetti. Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime. La Clubhouse ospita un ristorante, un bar e un centro fitness.

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom condo

We had a lovely month long vacation at Rancho Las Palmas golf and country club. The condo was clean, very spacious and was perfect for our family of five to stay here. The pool was lovely, never too crowded and steps from the condo. We enjoyed many evenings on the outdoor patio. All people we met were very friendly and condo owners were very accessible when needed.

Perfect!

We stayed for 5 relaxing weeks in this beautiful home. Great floor plan that allows for individual privacy as well as comfortable group gathering in the main area/kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding door out to large patio that is perfect for relaxing and watching the golfers tee off. If you are considering this place, book it!!

Shannen was very attentive as we were stayed a month toaster was old and she had one delivery in a few days easy to work with and the space was plenty as this was the largest unit we have ever rented here in rancho will certainly come back

Clean and comfortable

Overall, we were generally pleased pleased with Shannen’s golf course unit. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation, the beds comfortable, the patio great for lounging outside, and the location perfect for us. Some areas of the unit have been renovated but other areas need updating. Shannen was very attentive, checking in with us periodically to ensure we were comfortable.

Fun in the sun.

This property was everything that was promised it would be. There was no false advertising. The owner was responsive, helpful, and receptive. The grounds are well taken care of. The pool is conveniently located. We had fun in the sun for all ages.

Clean Property, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay for one week in June at Shannen’s property in Rancho Mirage. The house was very clean, and well decorated. Kids and adults will love that the pool is only a few houses down the street, and most of the time no one else was there so it felt like a private pool experience. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying and the house is comfortable and spacious enough that no one felt on top of each other. Shannen is extremely responsive and wants her guests to have a great stay. A major pro of the house is the patio — it’s huge and overlooks a serene golf course, and it was amazing having our morning coffee out there and dining al fresco at night. It would be great if the house stocked some citronella candles though because the mosquitos were pretty fierce! Another big plus is the proximity to major grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and many others) — super convenient if you want to cook and/or need to run out and pick things up for the kids. A couple of things to mention: - the internet was problematic and I couldn’t work from home as I’d planned. The way the wifi network is currently set up was incompatible with my work network. - The third bedroom is more of a den and doesn’t have a closet, something to keep in mind in case closet space is important to you! - There are two bathrooms, with one of them providing hallway access as well as being en-suite.

Great place to stay for a desert getaway

I stayed here with a friend and her dog over Memorial Day weekend. It was very comfortable, had more than enough space for us, and had all of the amenities we could have wanted. It was great to have access to the many pools on the property and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and not too far from Palm Springs. I had to contact the owner, Shannen, during our stay because of some pet-related damage, and she was so understanding and easy to work with to get the situation fixed. She was even gracious enough to invite us back to stay again despite the incident and we would love to!

Just Right!

This home was just right for our stay. It was much more spacious than I expected. We had a group of 4, so there was plenty of space and privacy for all of us! Location is great! Beautiful golf course and Shannen was so responsive! Had great stay! Thank you Shannen :).

Awesome Condo

I highly recommend this place it’s a beautiful condo I love the way it’s decorated it’s very clean right on the golf course with three different wonderful tables to dine on. We loved to have breakfast every morning on the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course it’s just heaven. The kitchen is wonderful had everything you need. We really enjoyed cooking all of our breakfast and dinners at home. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are all very large and beautifully remodeled. It’s a very central location with everything nearby and it’s a beautiful resort.

Quiet retreat in the desert with wonderful host

The home was just like in the photos, located in a safe gated community close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. Shannen was wonderful, very responsive especially when we had a mishap with the water heater leaking in the garage. She immediately called someone and got them there asap to replace it! The water is now *very* hot! Spacious settings, 3 bedrooms. One master with a large bathroom and then another room with an attached bathroom that also leads into the hallway. You can tell Shannen takes care of her property and has put a lot of money into the home. Pool around the corner and golf course right in the backyard. Would recommend, great internet too while we worked remotely!

Amazing time!

Shannen's property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 over a long weekend. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed cooking, hanging out on the porch and walking/running throughout the community. Shannen was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Can't recommend more! Would be a great place to spend a longer vacation too and take advantage of the community's amenities :)
