Lounge at the pool on the 6 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the saline pool . Grill and eat an amazing meal as you watch the sun set over the mountains, or just relax reading a book while taking in the gorgeous golf course mountain views.

Entering the front door you’re welcomed by high exposed beam ceilings, beautiful flagstone floors, and walls of glass.

The open Living room/dining area feature authentic MCM furnishings with floor to ceiling windows, a dining table with seating for 8, and beautiful alabaster lit bar equipped for the mixologist in your group. The Kitchen. Is stocked and awaits the master chef in your group.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS

There are two master king ensuite bedrooms with European bedding, flat screen televisions, ample storage and pillowtop mattresses. The main master bedroom has a deluxe master bath with walk in shower and sunken bathtub and walk in closet with direct access to the pool area and those beautiful views. The 2nd master is on the opposite side of the home which offering more privacy. The 3rd ensuite bedroom has two queen beds,a seating area and it’s own private patio.

Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Rancho Mirage, this stunning home is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 15 minutes from the Palm Springs airport and minutes from restaurants, nightlife, shopping and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

UTILITIES:
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bills to the management company showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter.
