“Molto tranquillo con camera vista piscina...stanze non pulitissime ma accettabili...ok frigo e mucroonde...phon su rikiesta gratuito...nessuna puluzua stanza anche se diamo dtati 1 week...era su rikiesta ma nn ci hanno informato..puluzie solo al mart e ven...porte vecchie...nessun mobile...tavolo vecchio...però zona piena di ristoranti accanto alla freeway..per alcuni gg vi soggiorneremo di nuovo...non so se tornerrmo per 1 week..prezzo buono..personale al front desk e hoysekeepers gebtiki :)”

“The room was big and had everything you wanted for a stay. The only issue was the people above our room kept us awake all night. They were stomping the whole night till 1:00 a.m in the morning. I called at 12 a.m to notify the front desk and had no effect. The stomping started again at 6. Let’s just say i didn’t get any sleep. In the morning during check out i informed the desk and ill they said was sorry. They could have offered some type of discount on the next day or something, but they...

The next morning, I ask for town service.And when you please pick up the dishes and the person said no problem with a smile. Service was great. But the dishes were left there. The next morning, I mentioned into another person. She gave me attitude because the dishes were not supposed to be in the room. That's why they didn't take them. So I could have done without...

“I had a great stay at Ayres Hotel Chino Hills on Monday and Tuesday this week. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well kept. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, which made the stay even easier. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, and overall everything felt smooth, relaxing, and well organized. Would definitely stay here...
