“We have high standards, so here goes: Location: amazing. Staff: very friendly. Comfort: not good. Room was not cleaned by 5pm which seemed very unprofessional considering we left the room at 7am. Pillows were not pillows, they felt like ripped up pieces of cotton put in a bag. Very uncomfortable sleep. “Told we were getting a golf course view - they put us in a basement room with no view whatsoever, the view was a window well. The kid activities are not free, everything is an additional fee. We were also told housekeeping was coming on the third day of our stay, they did not show up. The fire alarm kept going off after we showered unless we kept the bathroom door shut. ”
