“The worst hotel experience that I've ever had. The beds were hard, the covers were dirty/stained up. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. “This is the only place I stay when I come to High Point for work. Rooms are immaculate, staff are friendly, I love the classic old Manor. The Inn is located in, the little art gallery, and the breakfast is great.”

“Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. “I had a question prior to arrival and called the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional! I’ve stayed here before and will definitely do so in the future!”

“To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues”
