Tucked away on nearly 6 private wooded acres, this newly built 3-bedroom retreat offers year-round access to Rangeley’s rugged outdoors, plus the comforts of home. With a private hot tub, ATV and snowmobile trail access, and a quiet forest setting just minutes from town, it’s the perfect base for hunting, riding, relaxing, and reconnecting with nature.

• Private hot tub: Nestled among trees for a peaceful soak

• ATV + snowmobile access: Ride in, ride out from the property

Other Things to Note:

• Trail Access: Property offers on-site access to ATV and snowmobile trail systems. No trailer-ing needed!

• Hunting Access: Backs onto public land with bird and deer hunting allowed (in-season).

• Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, paper goods, and coffee filters included.

• Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of the area. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Hot Tub Rules: For safety, no glassware in or around the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided.

• Winter Access: 4WD highly recommended in snowy months due to rural terrain.

• Our home is a smoke-free environment. This is to keep the space fresh for all guests.



Additional Note: For reservations of 29 nights or longer, a security deposit will be required. This is a standard policy for extended stays and helps cover any potential damages or excessive wear and tear. The deposit will be collected prior to check-in and is fully refundable after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to hosting you.

The place was absolutely amazing! The hosts are very thoughtful in their set up right down to having cozy blankets for us to utilize. The rooms were stunning and the landscaping of the property was amazing! It was a great weekend for friends to spend a little time together and unwind in the hottub! Thank you again and we will be back next year for our girls weekend!
