  • White Birch 74 offers a fantastic ski-in/ski-out location at Saddleback Mountain, situated just below the Base Lodge for easy access to the slopes and lodge amenities. With one of the most convenient spots on the mountain, you'll be close to the action while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Added peace of mind comes with the brand-new generator installed in 2023, ensuring extra reliability during your stay.

    Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with plenty of seating—perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day on the mountain. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, making it an inviting space to unwind and relax. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.

    The main-floor entrance makes coming and going easy, with dedicated cubbies for storing ski gear and boots. Step out onto the deck to enjoy some fresh mountain air and take in the surroundings. With its prime location, thoughtful layout, and generator backup, White Birch 74 is an excellent choice for a comfortable and worry-free Saddleback getaway.

    Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Lower Level King, Second Bedroom Lower Level Two Twins, Third Bedroom Loft with Queen and Twin Bunk Bed. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

    Location: Just below the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.

    FAQs: This condo has a generator! Gas Grill available mid-May through mid-October. Two vehicles only! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.

Family ski trip

Loved this condo for our annual family ski trip to Saddleback. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our family with young beginners on the ski slopes. The well equipped kitchen was great and we enjoyed many terrific family meals after a day of skiing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We own a vacation rental home on the beach so we really appreciate the owners who anticipate what their guests will need. We're looking forward to a return trip to this condo next year!

Our second stay

This was our 2nd time renting this unit for our annual family ski trip. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Its location directly on the beginner trail was perfect for our grandchildren who are learning to ski. Also a great place to watch all of the activity on the slopes. The condo is clean and well equipped with comfortable seating areas and plenty of equipment for cooking. Only negative was that the internet was not working the whole time which was inconvenient as we had business matters that required internet. All in all it was a great time though.
