“It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.”

“Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. “This is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. ”

“There is nothing noteworthy about this property. There are no restaurants nearby and the one in house is not that good in terms of ambience, food choice etc. Breakfast was ok. ”

“Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money.
