“Pros: Room was clean , Staff Helpful and Friendly,Parking at door...Got a room without breaking the bank Cons: Shower showing signs of age, very small and needs a extractor fan....small window does open but cold when having shower......just a suggestion. All and all great stay room warm, beds warm and comfortable......well worth the money paid......I have paid more for less at other places......Would be happy to stay there again if ever needed....Thoroughly recommend at a reasonable price”

“We have been here a few times. Usually the property is clean but this time around there was a lingering smell of sweat & smoke in the room. The reception host was also impatient & condescending when I called to inform them that we will be checking in late. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We have an awesome time on Mt. Ruapehu.”
