“Ottima accoglienza di Alessia, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro di Siena, con vista mozzafiato sulle colline senesi; Arredo troppo retrò, stato manutentivo dell’immobile molto molto basic, da rivedere arredo giardino. Tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato perché la struttura si presterebbe ad essere eccellente. Urgono alcuni piccoli interventi manutentivi.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana! Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool fantastisch und Asciano ist ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden (Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Val d‘Orcia). Linda und ihre Familie sind super nett und waren immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful, and went as far as stocking groceries prior to our arrival and preparing dinner for us the first night. “I brought my family (5 adults with 80 y/o mother) to Italy for Easter Holiday. Property was beautiful, easy to find and to get to off A1 allowing us to get to many local Tuscany attractions. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed a wine tasting and dinner one evening in the property which we thought was outstanding, would stay here again.”

“It was a special family get away to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The Villa is spectacular, but the views are incredible! We even watched a hot air balloon fly over Siena at dawn! Everything we could need to cook at the Villa was provided, we hired a chef on night and he had everything he needed as well! “Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). “Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16...

“This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant...

“The views were beyond compare! Proximity to Castellina in Chianti was wonderful and the management team were responsive to a few issues. My main comment would be, especially considering the rental cost, that the furniture and kitchen supplies (dishes etc) needs upgrading and the quality of the beds/linens should be improved. “We were group of 16 adults and three children under the age of three. Sonja and Diego could not have been better hosts! They are truly lovely people! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning and very child friendly! We opted to have Sonja cook breakfast and dinner for us each day, and her food was absolutely delicious! You must try their pizza and bbq! We enjoyed the tennis court, feeding the horses, and day trips to Siena, Florence, and Montepulciano. The villa location is...

“Appena siamo arrivati avevamo un pò di problemi di comunicazione, in quanto c'era una signora svedese che non sapeva parlare Italiano. Parlava soltanto l'inglese. Però il problema l'abbiamo risolto perché siamo andati da un'altra donna che l'italiano lo parlava bene e siamo riusciti a fare il check in.
