When needing fresh towels, refills of toilet tissue and attention for broken A/C multiple calls needed to be made and we experienced extended wait times. “Great place for families! My 5 and 8 year old loved the water slides and lazy river. The pool bar was perfect for eating lunch while enjoying water. The only thing I wish I had known is that is VERY crowded on weekends (Fri thru Sun) so get down to the pool early if you want chairs in the shade ...or chairs at all. Also, the beach is beautiful, set up with chairs and unbrellas, but we had to wait a long time in the heat to get the boat back. We only did that one day. Highly recommend this...

“Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly.”
