“Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

“Was ok for the one night I was there”

“The room had a dusty, cigarette, stale smell. When I turned the air on the smell got stronger. We were only there for the night. The bathroom was ok, some black stuff on the back of the faucet. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. This place needs to take wyndham name away from it cause it was not wyndham status. The pool was not useful as we got there at 6pm and the pool closes at 7pm. The guy at the desk was rude, like we were bothering him or something at check in. He didn't even say hello or...

“This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others.”
