Cottage a Ras Al Khaimah

“Soggiorno perfetto”

“the transportation from the rooms to the reception building was not efficient. The waiting period for pick up was around 15 to 20 minutes (on a weekend)”

“Da migliorare l'offerta gastronomica a pranzo”

“We had an excellent stay, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. Special mention to the team in Club Millésime and Reunion, as well as our maid who provided great daily service. While there are a few areas needing maintenance, like some broken tiles around the pool, the overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely return.”

“Always trying to scam you in different ways. Claims we didn't pay the reservation despite it was paid for. Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night.”

“Problem is construction sites beside, Need to maintain cabinets”

“It's so relaxing. Amenities are amazing. The animals are cute and fun.”

“Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff were amazing, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really made our stay special. We had such a great experience and would definitely love to come back”
