“We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 ”

“We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again.”

“The room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. There was hairs in the bathtub, just seemed liked they didn’t clean it after the previous guests left.”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“The property is dilapidated the toilet was broker in my room they couldn’t contact the maintenance man and didn’t have another available room which considering the state of the property I would not have accepted. I booked another room in dundee and am staying here currently this was extremely disappointing”

“Check in was a breeze and the staff here are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room needed work, the carpet at the threshold from kitchenette to room was worn with fraying and the tack strip was showing with sharp points. The security lock on the door was jammed and would not lock. The pool at the hotel was horrible, dirty and didn’t appear to have any chemicals. There was rust around the pool stairs in the deep end.”
