“The room was tidy and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived early and placed our case in the room when if was ready. My wife really enjoyed the spa which is located a short walk across the road from the hotel. We would have preferred an self service open buffet style continental breakfast”

“I and the wife spend a weekend away for out anniversary to walk around some of lovely Yorkshire.
The staff at the Gamekeepers are incredible proud of their establishment, they were always kind courteous and helpful.
Special compliments for Dan, he was always helpful communitive and friendly.
The food is really good, especially the breakfast, really enjoyed it, everything taste as it should.
Rooms are clean, some smaller than others, will be booking again maybe a pod.

“Attended a wedding locally. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very good. Unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons, were told we could only use it after 12.30pm, but we were checking out at 11am.”
