“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10”

“We visited the Lakes District for a 4 day vacation and came across this delightful boutique bed and breakfast lodge. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. “My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and lovely, the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast was very filling and delicious. Also, the hotel has spacious parking, and it is not too far from Windermere station, the lake, or many restaurants and shops. Each is about a 10-15-minute walk away.
