Il personale è gentilissimo.
Colazione "alla carta" compresa, molto apprezzata, si mangia in una piazzetta veramente carina.
La nostra stanza, castillo double, aveva la vista sul castillo de san marcos, 2 letti comodissimi e un bagno ben attrezzato e pulito.
Unico "neo": non c'era ascensore per salire alla nostra camera, ma il personale dell'hotel genitilissimo, ci ha...

“We stayed on New Year’s Day and the hotel was extremely busy, with only one front desk associate, Chea, assisting guests. She truly did her best to accommodate everyone and remained helpful and professional despite how hectic it was.
Our room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the evening in St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would return.”

The outside tables next to the coffee shop was nice as the breakfast area opened up outside towards the beach side. Nice central location, within short walking distance to the beach and the grocery store, and short drive to downtown St. Augustine. We took advantage of the downtown shuttle parking for the Nights of Lights.”
