We had a great time staying here (almost 4 weeks)
Pro : location fab - lots of restaurants along the strip, favourite Nikita’s. just 10mins in a grab to Naihan beach. Pools are great, if not a little small but people come and go so you can usually get a Lounger. Towels provided in your room . The grounds are beautiful- there’s one maintenance guy that seems to do everything !
Our room was dated but clean . Beds so comfy and sheets crisp . Nice balcony area..laundry a must - the lady is so helpful (and cheap)
People in Rawai are friendly and helpful.
Cons : whilst the pool is maintained and cleaned , and the grounds are swept , the loungers/shades and patio around the pool could do with a jet wash. Plus more then one of us have caught our foot in the pool from old lights that have been removed ?
Breakfast - get there between 7&8 to ensure everything is available - cups, butter, Cuttlery etc it could also do with a good wash on the floors and windows ! Breakfast ok - staff do their best. The beach nearby is for boats only . Not sunbathing ! Also said theres a winery attached . Not true ??! Also no rooftop bar (or any bar within the hotel ) so definetly needs updating (on Expedia for sure)
Would we stay here again ? Yes - it is value for money , if you can over the nooks and crannies !
