“Non avevo il telecomando e quando lo ho fatto notare, non mi è stato dato un altro. Peggio è stato quando ho chiesto di fare il check out alle 7,30 per prendere l'autobus alle 8. Non si è presentato nessuno fino alle 8,30 così ho perso l'autobus e ho dovuto prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto ( 1100 baht invece di 170 ).”

“Hotel bellissimo, nuovo e tenuto in modo impeccabile. Il personale educato e molto disponibile a fornire la massima assistenza. colazione ottima e abbondandante a buffet e con scelta anche alla carta. viene fornita gratuitamente la spola per le spiagge vicine e per il fish market che è assolutamente da provare.. stra consigliato!”

“The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help if needed. When I was checking out, the man at reception offered for me to stay and leave my bags in the room and was happy for me to relax in the room well after checkout and when I was ready to leave for the airport. I’m incredible grateful for the kindness and generosity. Also a great area to visit with lots to do and not far from other destinations ”

“I booked it last minute and the guy woke up and gave me a room even though he didn’t have all the information. It’s a little bit awkward to get to, but it’s a spectacular property and the people are super nice.”
