“The property is located right along Lake Superior and each room has a balcony that overlooks the lake. The property is somewhat older, but the owners are doing a lot of repairs. Our check-in was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly, and coffee/hot chocolate/hot cider were available all day in a very nice sitting area. Although you have to drive to anyplace to eat, the location was close enough to towns that it wasn't a big issue. We also love Tofte and Grand Marais, so both were easy...

“Was a good stay. My boys were able to ski right from the lodge. I work in the vacation rental industry, and see a lot of units. Photos are exactly how the unit looked and felt. Our boys had the basement to themselves, and all were comfortable.”
