“Room took over an hour to get ready after check in time. The staff was friendly but the whole check in process took over 2 hours. There was no online check, no virtual keys no notifications regarding room on the app it was a physical line you had to wait in and it took roughly 20+ minutes per guest to check in and only 1 staff member.
