“First of all, entered the room and smelled a musty odor. Looked at the carpet and it was filthy. It was not vacuumed and there were bits of paper and grass fibers covering the full floor. Called the local manager and he had to bring his vacuum to clean the floor. Also noticed a large wet spot on the carpet. I think this is where the musty smell came from. “Was misrepresented online, it was rundown... uncut grass and unreadable signs. We were given the wrong address and the home resident that we ended up at, told us it had not been a viable place to stay for awhile. The door code did not open the door. We could not see inside the room. There was no one to help us as the front office looked dilapidated and empty.
