“Stayed two nights. No one is on duty during stay, did not clean room or towels”

“I specifically reserved this hotel for their pool and hot tub and when I arrived the hot tub was closed for cleaning and staff couldn’t say when it would reopen. Bummed I couldn’t use the hot tub.”

“The lady at the front desk during daylights was very nice and helpful, but the room was NOT clean the floor had a layer of dust and the sheets were stained up. The flooring was splitting in several places that was just filled with dirt and grime. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Also don’t let the site fool you there is no breakfast, the un helpful late shift guy said “they are un licensed to serve breakfast”. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience, will not be staying there...

“I strongly advise travelers to AVOID this "hotel". I booked via Expedia, and paid with Paypal. When I called the number Expedia gave me on my reservation, I got a Call Center. I didn't realize it was a call center, and I just wanted to tell them I was running late. The call center told me they didn't have my reservation! I had a confirmation code and everything! “First room was absolutely disgusting Second room wasn’t the greatest but better then the first was only in the room for 30ish minutes then found out we had to leave won’t give us a refund after saying there was a possibility we could”

“Convenient location. Staff was nice and helpful. The room (bedding smelled like dog). Brought my own. The mattress was like sleeping in a hotdog bun, so, didn't sleep well the 4 nights I stayed. Bugs in the bathroom. Door and shower handle loose and was sticking. Overall thought it was over priced.”
