“I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get...

All the ice-makers were broken and you had to go to the front desk for them to get it from the kitchen. 2nd floor reeked like weed, I could’ve smoked myself, there was no accountability.
