“Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc”

“Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place ”

“เจ้าหน้าที่ในก็บริการเป็นอย่างดีมากๆ บ้านพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเครื่องครัว ในห้องน้ำใหญ่มีอ่างจากุซซี่ ใช้งานได้ดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด มีความเป็นส่วนตัวมาก ประทับใจมากๆ แอร์เย็นและน้ำอุ่นทุกห้องครับ แนะนำเพื่อนครับ มีโอกาสผมจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกครับ ”

“시설도 좋고 바베큐도 추가금에 숯제공해주시네요. 에어프라이어도 있고 좋았습니다. 옆방에 노매너 외국인들이 소리를 지르는통에 시끄럽긴했습니다. 그래도 좋은경험이었습니다.”

“I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good.”

“整體算是不錯，房屋夠大，但美中不足的是房屋有些位置比較舊，房屋生活用品算齊全，廁所清潔用品只有毛巾，沒有提供牙刷，有沖涼液但不好用，還有就是蚊蟲很多。”

“외국인들은 여기 안가는게 좋습니다. 안내받지도못한 청소 및 주간 근무 수당을 달라고 하지않나... 호텔스닷컴도 진짜 문제라고봅니다. 현지 호텔이랑 전혀 조율이란걸 못함. 그냥 외국인들 호구잡습니다. 진짜 기분 나빴네요”

“Thai family vacation. Lovely property grounds and architecture in home. The pool was wonderful for the family. We used grab to get to beach. Too far to walk. The kitchen and pool table area are much smaller in life than the pictures. A deposit of almost 26% of rental price paid was asked for at checkin, which surprised me. I did receive that money back at checkout. Also, you will be asked to pay for electricity during your stay at a rate of 7 baht per kilowatt hour.”

“It is a pretty and clean villa. The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. It's a great place for families to relax.”

“Frühstück war von der Auswahl unzureichend, der Käse war alt und glasig. Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, bei fast allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien zu schwach und würden dann nur teilweise ausgetauscht! Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gepflegt, Blätter verwelkt oder Pflanzen verwildert. Pool war nicht gepflegt, verwelkte Blätter am Grund und der Rasen am Pool teilweise vertrocknet.”
