“Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.”

“This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities.”

“When we arrived all the windows were open, and there was no heat and the outsode (and consequently inside temp) was around 43°f. No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. “A lovely spot with a great view, and most importantly the host and his son were responsive to everything. You are not in the UK, US or EU, the electricity went out, the water went off and the internet went down in the week I was there, but it was not a big deal, they were on it and had it fixed in no time.
