• WC: A convenient separate toilet on the ground floor.
• We provide fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner for all guests.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom house. This includes all living
areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private back garden. You will not be
sharing the property with any other guests. One dedicated parking space is also included for your private use.

We respect your privacy, so you can enjoy the entire home to yourselves with a seamless self-check-in
process. While we will not be present during your stay, our professional hosting team at HomeUnit Group
is always available and responsive via messaging should you have any questions or need assistance.

• Pre-Check-in Requirements: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests are required to complete
the following before check-in: a refundable security deposit of £350, verification of a valid ID, and a
signed rental agreement. The deposit is returned in full after a satisfactory post-stay inspection.

• Professional Cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh linens before
your arrival.

• Mid-Stay Services: A mid-stay clean or a change of linens and towels is available upon request for an
additional fee.
No parties or events.
No smoking within the property.
No shoes on the carpeted areas (bedrooms and stairs, any marks or stains could result in an additional cleaning fee).
Pets are allowed with an additional of £25 cleaning fee.
No loud noises after 11pm.
Guests are required to provided a security deposit (fully refundable), submit ID for verification and sign a rental agreement upon booking our property. These are in place solely to protect our home from damages etc.
