“Breakfast was great, staff was great! The only part that sucked and it wasn’t the hotels fault per se - there were multiple events happening so there was a lack of parking in the garage and the elevators were extremely crowded. ”

It was bad. Other than that, the front desk guy the night I checked in was rude, could barely hear him as he mumbled, not a please or thank you to be found.
