Hotel con Wi-Fi a Reading

“I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment.”

“Overall stay was ok for what I needed quick resolution to an emergency staff was ok except for the old lady that works at the desk during the day she was attitudy when I asked to many question. Had to asked for cleaner to clean the hot tub jets in the room I was in clean.”
