Needed towels
"We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels ..."

First cabin was horrible
"First night in first cabin was horrible, spider webs everywhere. Very dirty and nasty. Could not sleep. Next day we got to move to another cabin. You would think they would have given us our money back for first night, but didn’t even offer. I have pictures of how nasty it was!"

"Doug was very kind and helpful through this whole process. The cabin was nice but smaller than I expected. The water in the shower was hard to control because it would get so hot when it was on cold basically. Other than that I was very pleased with our stay we enjoy going to up the creek weekly ..."
