“We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! ”

“Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that.
Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things.
We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational.

Cost decent compared to other hotels in the area. Only cons to this hotel is The Island can get a bit loud on a Friday night and the rooms were a bit dated (only a bit). Good bed and air condition. I would stay here again, experience was a good one! ”

The room next to us beds squeezed also.
We could hear them in the night doing
