“Once again it was confirmed the great comfort and quality of this structure.
My room was very large and comfortable with all the necessary for good resting and some space for residual job activities after the long day. Only problem related to the not easy or effective setting of the heating system...maybe related to the corner position of the room that may result generally colder.
Spa should be better....nothing really special and not really cleaned, also due to users maybe.
Restaurant is good...

“After one year again in this hotel and all the positive comments can just be confirmed. Rooms are very spacious, elegant and complete with all the necessary. SPA and gym are good. Position of hotel is also convenient to visit the city and not far away from the airport. Restaurant on the roof is also quite good and serves tasty meals. Breakfast is also great.
Generally the service is also precise and give the necessary support.

“The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent.”

“Spending a day skiing in Erciyes (25min drive) This hotel is amazing , pictures do not do it justice. We have been lucky enough to travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels , this boutique hotel is one of the best we have stayed in Great service , rooms are unique yet fully kitted out , ours had a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also great. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. We can enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes and Mount Ali from the breakfast room on the eighth floor and our room on the seventh floor. The room we stayed at was quiet and comfortable enough for us to sleep well. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful.
