“I recently stayed at this hotel in Montreal, and while the location was fantastic—right near all the major attractions—the decor was also impeccable; everything looked stunning. However, there were some issues. First, the bed they provided had hair on it—clearly from the previous guest—so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Second, the breakfast was included in the price, but for two days in a row, it was exactly the same, with no options to choose from. In fact, on the second day, instead of bringing...

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“Location is fantastic, love Griffintown, close to Old Port and many great spots to eat. Excellent walk ability. Hotel is very nice and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”
