Hotel vicino a Reculver Towers - Herne Bay

“Beautiful clean room (Room 4) with lovely comfy beds, additional things such as blankets, soap, shampoo etc and very attentive staff ( actually the owners ). High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this delightful boutique bead and breakfast close to all amenities. ”

“Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus.”

“The airconditioner doesnt work. The temperature can be set only at 18 degrees. Very poor breakfast. The selection of dishes at dinner is extremely limited. The quality of food was not at all good”

“We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . “Staff was very friendly. Only 1 picnic table to sit at outside, the grass hadn’t been cut at all, no one used it. Room very basic, no tissues, facecloth, microwave or fridge. T.V. only had a few channels and the volume wouldn’t go past 15. If window is open it was hard to hear. Grocery store about 10 minute walk, ocean about 20 minutes.”

“the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!”

“A great bedroom in a house that's full of character. En-suite shower-room with a fabulous shower. Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic breakfast with seriously good vegetarian options. Go there! We certainly will again. ”

“Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. ”

“Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. ”
