Ordered room service for myself, my son and my sister, the order arrived with the bill including gratuity only to find the order was incomplete. The phone in the room did not work at all so I had to go down to the front desk who directed me to someone else, after a ten minute conversation the correct order was put in only to arrive with an additional bill including gratuity. In addition By the time I git back to my room to eat my food it was cold. Also the shower in the room leaked all the way through to the front door of the room. Very upset and disappointed considering the cost to stay at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler to New Jersey and the long branch area and will never stay here again.
