“My son and I had a very pleasant stay. The beds and room were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring the Univ of Utah and hopping on the light rail to see the city. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I always need this property and I love it! It is close to primary Children’s Hospital, it is clean, and the customer service is amazing. Of positive note it is going through a renovation, but even pre-renovation it was a nice property. If you are staying at the hospital, be sure to let the staff know that way they don’t charge you for parking.”

Appena arrivato, era sabato tarda mattinata volevo ripartire dopo aver visto quello che mi circondava….”

“The building is nice (historic property), and the decor was playful and well done. The food was good, and the staff were very helpful. The recommendations I have are to change the carpet and install some kind of scent ambience, because the age of the building shows a bit.”

“Staff was nice, maybe not too hospitable but they were friendly. Room was smaller than any normal stay I've had but I enjoyed the size of it. Rooms could use a little more work with exposed piping, interior etc but nothing too bad for the pricing.”

“Absolute rathole! Dirty, dingy, unsafe, uncomfortable and a complete rip-off. The pictures online are not from this site, unless they are from 20 years ago! My bed was made, but sheets and blankets were all stained. They didn't smell clean either. If Motel 6 has minimum standards for compliance, it is obvious this place missed the memo. This place had blood on the floors, holes in the walls, a window without a lock, a door without a safety lock, no toilet paper or soap. Everything was broken....
