The house was large, clean and well equipped, just as in the photos. It was handy to have a washer and dryer available, and an outdoor shower. The landlords were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. No hesitation in recommending to others.

We were a group of 5 women who gather annually. This property met all our needs and is as described. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you could need, as well as a good supply of basic condiments and spices. Location was great, just on the outskirts of town, so easily accessible, and a nice location for lake access and walking along Lakeshore Drive. On our first evening we struggled with getting sound on the TV. Mark was prompt to call us and troubleshoot the problem. We appreciated his timely attention to this.Overall, we were very happy with the property and will definitely consider it for future visits.

Quiet and very relaxing locaton. Beautiful home. Great location.4 adult girlfriends had the best weekend ever.We have already agreed we will return next year for a week stay. Three nights just wasn't enough.Highly recommend. The reviews we went by when booking were spot on.

Mark and Tanya are truly awesome hosts! Their beautiful cabin is exactly as advertised—clean, beautiful big kitchen island, comfy beds and couches. It’s equipped with all the amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this spot, especially for its fantastic location close to the beach!

This was a perfect place for our family holiday. The lake was a short walk away and perfect for launching kayak and paddle boards. The house was really clean and well stocked. We would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Hidden gem

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Pictures represent it well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants and main beach area. Mark was prompt in getting back to me on any questions I had. While we enjoyed sunny 28 degree days for our stay, fans in the bedrooms would help for the night. Once again, thanks Mark and Tanya for the accommodation!

Great space!

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvan Lake! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked. Being a bit away from downtown was great to avoid the crowds and it was very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again.

Girls night out!

Your place is beautiful!! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Your kitchen has everything someone could want. Two of us found the showers very slippery. I'm the oldest at 73 and the youngest at 65 . Both showers. .alsofound the upstairs shower

This house is very close to the neighbor. Many times the neighbor's two cars are parked right behind our car, because the distance is too close and it is difficult for our car to get in and out. When we checked in, the first thing we saw was that the stool was broken,and the ironing board is also broken.The dishwasher often has problems. We encountered it twice. It kept beeping for no reason and had to unplug it and wait for a while to restart. It was very annoying.We booked this house after reading good reviews,but our experience was not good.

Emergency situation at home…turned vacation

Our home flooded and our restoration company told us to leave for one week. We began messaging our Vrbo host early that morning and they replied asap….then made sure we could check in early. We went from a stressful emergency family / home situation to what felt like a one week vacation….a home away from home. Many thanks to our hosts for going above and beyond for our family.

Nice Cabin in town.

Cabin was clean, well appointed with a nice layout. Communication with the owners was straightforward- no concerns there. Would definitely stay again.
