He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. “i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

“Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.”

“Great stay. Clean and safe. Breakfast spread was amazing. Eggs, biscuits and gravy and hatch chilies. Great variety for adults and children. I traveled with my family of 4 and everyone enjoyed breakfast. Room did not she’ll. Plenty of towels. Restaurants near by for dinner. Right off the highway.”
