“Horrible place. It was gross and disgusting. The room was filthy and roach infested. There was people living there and hung outside all night and was loud.”

“We were disappointed that the pool was closed because it “wasn’t summer” the last weekend of May. Had we known that prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere as we were traveling with a group of kids who were excited about the pool. I was unaware that the rooms are only refreshed every other day. I certainly will never book with a courtyard Marriott again for that reason alone. Paying $250 a night and not getting clean towels delivered or the room freshened up is crazy. There are too...

“This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there”

“The staff was incredibly helpful. Made us feel like we were staying at their house. Older place but very clean. Make sure you look at the rooms because there are smoking rooms as well as non.”

“Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management.”
