“My friend, I & great nephew 13yrs enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated though the white furniture could do with a lick of paint. Having both a bath & a shower was great. Kitchen was well equipped , clean & a welcome pack was left for us. However the kitchen itself could do with being modernised . “Skipton Lodge was absolutely spotless. Clearly newly refurbished it was modern and had everything one could need. It was nice to walk into a warm house, and we felt very comfortable there.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Overall a really horrible stay. From dirty linen to really poor communication it was not a great stay. I definitely do NOT recommend. Holes on the wall, damaged furniture, a dirty sock on the floor, beds not made, smoking alarm coming off the ceiling, dirty linen, no toilet paper… Contact with the host as also been appalling. Been trying to resolve this situation and still waiting on a solution so AVOID! ”
