“We stayed here for one night this weekend, and thankfully it was only for one night. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance and overall improvement. The shower handle in our room was broken, and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It had noticeable indents, and you could feel every spring, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.
To make matters worse, when we returned to our room in the evening, I saw several roaches crawling on the hallway wall near our room,...
