Guests will enjoy a fully fenced pool, private hot tub, backyard fire pit, and a beautiful hand-painted mural that brings a unique charm to the outdoor patio. The home is pet-friendly and family-friendly, with an EV charger, games, pool toys, high chair, and pack 'n play provided for your convenience.

Inside, you’ll find:

Comfortable living and dining areas with plush seating, a cozy wood-burning stove, smart TV, and a record player with a curated vinyl collection.

A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, bakeware, coffee options, and kid-friendly dishware.

Bedroom 1: King bed with luxury linens, ensuite bathroom, robes, and books.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dedicated work desk, smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, playful decor, smart TV.

Additional shared bathroom with bathtub and spa-like touches.

The covered backyard patio offers an outdoor dining table, ceiling fan, and string lights for a perfect evening atmosphere. The garage includes laundry machines, an EV charger, and extra games like cornhole.

Guests have full access to the home, garage, backyard, and all amenities except for a few locked owner’s closets.

Transportation: Redding is best explored by car. Public transportation and rideshare services are limited, especially at night. Free off-street parking is provided.

Additional Notes:
- Pet fee: $35 per dog, per night (up to 2 dogs, pre-approval required)
- Private Damage Waiver: $25 per stay, covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside or within 25 feet of doors or neighboring properties
- All guests must sign a liability waiver before using amenities

Departure Instructions:
- Check for personal belongings
- Report damages or issues
- Leave all beds unmade
- Start a load of towels
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Take out trash and recycling
- Lock all windows and doors

- Grocery Pick-Up and Delivery: $50 for up to 10 items + cost of groceries; $75 for 11-20 items + cost of groceries; $100 for 21+ items + cost of groceries. We will put groceries in appropriate places inside of the property before your arrival.
