“The accommodation/facilities are in need of improvement/upgrade/repair. Microwave supplied (good) but no microwaveable cooking dishes; no suitable knives in the cutlery only sharp knives; can-opener would be useful; pots/pans comprised two frypans and one saucepan but no lid(s). Kitchen tap unit spins as you use it. Plug in sink does not seal - you had to run water continually to wash dishes. One kitchen light flickers then goes off - poor overall kitchen lighting. Fridge was off when we arrived...

“Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area. Various supermarkets and a chemist are nearby. Also a convenience store, pubs and a fish & chip shop. A short walk takes one to a large park...

“This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. “Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored. Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down”

“Great value for money! The location is rather residential which makes it nice and quiet though for a good night‘s sleep and all the nightlife is just a short stroll away. Ample space in the apartment with the added bonus of a south-facing balcony for a cup of morning coffee. Beats a hotel room in so many ways ”
