ABOUT THE SPACE

Picture windows in the living room overlook Eagle Crest's stunning fairway. Take in the view from an oversized plush couch and two comfy recliners. A OLED 47' TV lets you catch up on your favorite shows, and the gas fireplace adds cozy ambiance on cool nights.

A gleaming granite island is the centerpiece of the spacious kitchen, outfitted with an array of stainless steel appliances. Two can sit at the island, and there's room for six more in the dining area.

Step out to the expansive deck for east-facing views of the golf course pond. Fire up the grill and enjoy an alfresco meal; there are two outdoor dining areas, one seating six and the other one seating four. Turn on the gas heater lamp to keep things cozy in the evening. The deck wraps around to the private hot tub, where you can enjoy the view from bubbling bliss.

The master suite features a king bed, with a 32' smart TV with streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video and a private balcony with seating for two. The large master bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and multiple skylights.

A second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and a picturesque view of the woodsy yard, while a third has a queen-size bed, a 32' smart TV with streaming services, a workstation with desk and monitor, and access to the deck and hot tub.

The guest bath features a tub/shower combination. There is also a full-sized foldable crib available for use.

Extras at the property include parking for four cars (two of which are in the garage), washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to Eagle Crest's golf course, gym, and bike trails.

THE LOCATION

Eagle Crest Resort has three golf courses and one course is in your backyard. This tasteful home is ideal for those looking to spend a few days teeing off, exploring the resort's winding bike trails and hiking along the beautiful Deschutes River onsite. Smith Rock State Park is within nine miles of your door with world class rock climbing and wonderful hiking trails. There are also two ski resorts just 40 miles away from your home. There are three seasonal heated pools, an indoor pool, and indoor wading pool. One of the pools has a splash pad and wading pool for the young ones. Other activities include a racquetball courts, tennis courts, playground near the Sports Center as well as spas near the pools.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
