- An ideal hideaway for couples and smaller families, this cosy and inviting single-level holiday home is a great base for nature lovers keen to discover a tranquil part of West Cornwall. Surrounded by peaceful farmland and breathtaking countryside, the property lies just 200 metres from the Great Flat Lode Trail, a stunning World Heritage Site offering walking and biking routes leading around Carn Brea (4 miles) and linking up with the coast to coast path. For a day by the sea, Portreath (6 miles) has a gorgeous sandy beach, with the secluded Basset’s Cove (7.5 miles) to the north-east and the beautiful Porthtowan Beach to the north (7 miles). Other local attractions and landmarks include Cornwall Gold, Tehidy Country Park, the King Edward Mine Museum and Kernow Adventure Park, all within 8 miles. The picturesque town of St Ives is also within easy reach (18.5 miles).
Stepping inside this beautifully decorated retreat, the fresh and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a warm welcome. With a Smart TV, plush seating and a roaring gas fire, the cheery lounge is an ideal space to snuggle up in the evenings after a fabulous day discovering West Cornwall’s unforgettable coast. Over by the patio doors, the pretty dining area is perfect for sharing all your favourite dishes which you can rustle up in the thoughtfully organised and fully equipped kitchen which has plenty of work and storage space. Exploring this bright and elegantly presented cottage further, you will find a refreshing bathroom and a choice of two light, snug and tastefully arranged bedrooms: a relaxing king-size and a cosy twin, both with TVs. From the front windows of the house, spot local badgers after dark, foraging for their nightly feast. You may also see foxes, rabbits and deer, not to mention the multitude of birds during the day.
French doors lead from the living area to a sweet suntrap patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, offering a private spot for dining alfresco. A few steps lead up onto the lawn. Parking is available for two cars on the driveway.

- Please kindly note, EV charging is not permitted from the property. There is no dedicated EV charger, the closet charging point can be found in Pool 5 minutes from the property
